The project comprises the design and construction of a new mixed use building comprising three basement levels, one lower ground floor, ground plus nine upper floors to the North Tower and eleven upper floors to the South Tower at 22 Hanover Square, London,
The 5 star hotel element comprises 50 guest rooms from ground to fifth floor of the South Tower, with lobby at ground floor, reception, restaurant and bar areas at lower ground floor, and swimming pool, gym and spa facilities at basement 1 level.
Residential accommodation is provided at the upper floors, with 79 apartments
