The 5 star hotel element comprises 50 guest rooms from ground to fifth floor of the South Tower, with lobby at ground floor, reception, restaurant and bar areas at lower ground floor, and swimming pool, gym and spa facilities at basement 1 level.
Residential accommodation is provided at the upper floors, with 79 apartments
