Sevenoaks School Manor House is an existing listed building which is being refurbished for an office occupation. The services installation was stripped in full and replaced with modern efficient systems. M15/16 is a small 2 storey building adjacent which is also to be fully refurbished within the scope of works. This building is reliant on the Manor House for power, data and mains cold water.
