Introduction
Works comprised of the major redevelopment of a former school site into 54 new high end luxury apartments and houses with associated infrastructure, landscaping and parking. The project included the refurbishment and adaptive-reuse of an existing grade II listed building, Hope House.
Ferguson Brown worked with the MEP sub contractor and main contractor to complete the MEP installation into blocks A,B,C,D,E & F.
