The redevelopment of Rannoch School aimed to create a sustainable multi use hotel and Leisure complex with a hotel with 2 golf courses, club house, restaurants, apartments, and private houses.

Ferguson Brown Sustainability developed the Sustainability Statement for Dall House following design workshops with the design team. It summarised the environmental, social, and economical achievements and objectives of the development, established through a detailed analysis of the relevant planning documentation.
