The hotel is provided with roof mounted evacuated tube solar power panels to generate the domestic hot water supplies for the hotel and secondarily as a low temperature heating source for the underfloor heating system
Front of house areas, are heated via underfloor heating systems and all air systems to complement the Displacement Ventilation Systems
Cooling to the Hotel and Offices is provided by two 800kW Uniflair external air cooled water chillers
