Building Regulations Compliance
Helping you navigate the sea of regulations
Services
Our engineers design to the very latest Building British Standards to provide support to Architects and interior designs to ensure their buildings comply to all the required regulations at each stage of the build process. We can provide reports for Local Authorities to demonstrate compliance.
Building Energy Modelling
We provide advice on energy usage in buildings by testing various combinations of fuel sources, heating and cooling systems and “green” low carbon technologies for new and existing properties.
Software
The IES software we use is approved by the UK government for undertaking Building Regulations compliance calculations. Our Accredited Engineers can provide Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates.
Building Regulations Part L
We will check whether the proposed building has compliant building fabric U values and whether the building will overheat in the summer.
This process also allows us to assess carbon emissions and provides the design team with key sustainability and energy information at a critical time in the design development.

Building Regulations Part L2 (A&B)
We can assess if a proposed building will have approved building fabric conditions and whether the building will overheat in the summer. The process also allows us to assess carbon emissions and allows the design team key information at a critical time in the design process.
